Blake O'Brien, M.D.
Partner and Chief Innovation Officer
Blake O’Brien graduated from Loyola College Summa Cum Laude with a degree in economics, received his medical degree with distinction from Creighton University, and completed residency in emergency medicine at Orlando Regional Medical Center. He has been practicing clinical emergency medicine in Central Florida for 20 years. He has held diverse leadership roles in large health systems and is currently involved in healthcare consulting on acute care integration and multi-specialty clinical algorithms. Dr O’Brien has significant interest in understanding how our environment and behavior shape our risk for chronic disease and how we can use advanced evidence-based interventions to slow the progression of disease and impact longevity.
Floriano Putigna, D.O.
Executive Coach
Dr. Putigna graduated from Clemson University in Food Science and Nutrition, medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and Emergency Medicine residency at Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood, Texas. He scored number one of all Emergency Medicine Residents nationwide of the national in service training exam. He served in the US Army with two tours to Afghanistan as an Emergency Physician where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. He has been practicing medicine since 2008 in Central Florida and is passionate about leveraging technology and cutting-edge medicine to prevent chronic disease and maximize performance.
